This photo was sent in by his widow Jennifer Prokopis. ----Dallas was moving traffic barrels and due to miscommunication between workers the road closer was opened for traffic. A dump truck came through and hit my husband. He was taken to the hospital and after five days we had to take him off life support, he sustained severe head trauma and a lot of broken bones. I was 8 months pregnant with our third son when he died. Every day is a struggle for me I miss him so much! I love you Dallas Always and Forever.
