USMWF is very proud of the family members/advocates that speak out and share their loved one's incidents in hopes to make the needed change to prevent similar incidents from occurring. We know and understand the strength it takes each of them to share the effect the tragic, unexpected incident had on each of them and we thank them all for speaking out for change.
